The Idiazabal Cheese Fair is the first important fair of the new season. Our shepherds have worked hard in winter and soon it will be their turn to take the sheep up the hills to maintain our mountain landscape. The Cheese Fair is an opportunity to present the new cheeses of this season to the consumer and to talk with the shepherds.\n
