Villaluenga del Rosario Cheese Fair 2026
The Villaluenga del Rosario Town Hall announces the opening of registration for the 17th Andalusian Cheese Competition, which will be held in the lead-up to the 17th Andalusian Artisan Cheese Fair, one of the most important gastronomic events in our region.
This competition, organized by the Villaluenga del Rosario Town Hall, is held in collaboration with the European Cheese Route Association and IFAPA (Andalusian Institute for Agricultural, Fisheries, Food and Organic Production Research and Training of the Regional Government of Andalusia). Its objective is to promote, disseminate, and highlight the value of Andalusian artisan cheeses, recognizing the quality, tradition, and innovation of the region’s cheese dairies.
Cheese producers from Andalusia who make goat, sheep, cow, and blended cheeses are eligible to participate in the various categories established by the organizers.
